Great production. Lots of puzzles but more in the simpler side allowing for a lot of quick wins. Completed room under 1 hr. Family really enjoyed it. 8.1/10

Excellent room! Just when you think you are close to escaping, there was more. Puzzles were really good and wasn't too challenging. Very immersive.

Combining the breakdown I gave, this is by far the greatest escape room I have ever done. I came in with decent expectations but I was blown away as corny as that sounds. Great actor whose presence only enhanced the experience, great puzzles, omg I wanna relive it again. :3
Gameplay
The gameplay was always fair and there was never any stretches in logic. Compared to the other rooms I have done it felt almost too easy for the difficulty rating it is assigned, they could lower it down to a 7 maybe or even a 6. All the puzzles themselves were extremely fun to do and never too tedious or time consuming, and the solutions were all very creative and new. I love this omg :3
Atmosphere
The vertical incline and decline is a rare yet amazing piece to make this room feel very immersive. I was not expecting the puzzles to be this deep. The puzzles also all fit what was happening and felt logical to a real base except for 2 of them but even so, most rooms have 0 of the puzzles make sense story wise rlly. Idk maybe that’s. Stretch but ye. The decoration blew it out of the park, fucking great dude. The ice and final area are by far the standout pieces, being able to actually go inside the car as well is awsome.
Customer service
By far the greatest employee to customer experience I have ever had in the last 5 years. The actors presence never felt corny or forced, the pacing was perfect and he was always funny, his hints were always in character and made sense as to why he was saying them, and he was a really fun guy after the game ended. I love him man I hope he gets a billion dollar raise.

Fun, really cool effects, great theming and ambiance. It was a loooot for a group of two so I definitely see why 3+ is what is recommended, but it was still a great room to us, just not our favorite! The GM was very helpful

This room was amazing. One of my favorite rooms I've ever done. The atmosphere was really well done and the puzzles were really good and flowed well. Super cool room, will be trying more of their rooms for sure

Man this room was awesome! That’s all I have to say! Puzzles flowed very well with each other and there is a lot to do, I would recommend 4 for this one to divide and conquer

A very immersive experience. Such a fun room with a good blend of mechanical and technical puzzles. One of the most unique rooms we’ve played and the game master Jenna was incredible. A very active room where climbing, crawling, sliding and more is involved.
