The Puppeteer

Dear Neighbors, In our neighborhood we have the misfortune of living next to a madman who I am very afraid is extremely dangerous. For years now I've been trying to figure out what's going on in his house at 39 28th October Street right across the street from me. Creepy voices are constantly heard and strange figures appear through the window bars but I never see any visitors or customers enter the premises that once also functioned as a doll workshop, the famous 'Evil Dolls'. When I first came to the neighborhood, our children would hang out and we adults would drink coffee now and then at his house. But over time he started behaving strangely as if he was losing his mind. Until one afternoon his daughter was found dead among the scary dolls that her father makes, as if someone wanted to take out her soul and make her another doll in the laboratory... I'm sure you as parents experience the daily anxiety and worry about the safety of your children just like I do and since -unfortunately- we never found out what happened, I'm asking you to help me find out what happened. I'm pretty sure the crazy puppeteer is the culprit and if we find the evidence we need we'll put him in jail once and for all and we won't be afraid of losing our own children anymore.
