When in 2017, NASA launched an extrasolar space conquest program named SOLARIS , it found itself faced with a major problem. Indeed, such a program requires very risky and highly sensitive studies. In order to avoid any scandal, this research will be entrusted to private subcontractors.

Known for its discretion and its ability to act in the shadows, Izon Corp was chosen to assess the chances of human survival in an extrasolar environment. This research is called the Hyperion project .

During their mission, the subjects will be sent to the Alpha site on the surface of Proxima B. Once there, they will have to perform a series of physical and psychological tests before returning to Earth.
