Dr. Walter Brandt is a high-ranking chemical weapons specialist for the United States government, part of a secret department that is only recognized by a series of mysterious numbers and letters. He has been developing powerful viruses capable of eradicating enemy forces with swift pace and deadly accuracy. Foreign powers have noted Dr. Brandt's work and have recruited him to develop a powerful virus capable of killing their enemies in hours. He has gone rogue and has become a threat to the US and potentially the entire human race. You are a team of scientists investigating Dr. Brandt's abandoned laboratory. You've been tasked with finding the only known antidote to virus TS-51 before it gets passed into enemy hands. However, during the investigation a clumsy member of your team bumps into a shelf, sending vials of the highly contagious virus crashing to the ground. One of them breaks and sends plumes of deadly vapor into the air. Immediately, everyone is infected but that isn't your biggest problem. The chemical detection sensor has picked up the threat and shut down the facility. Total decontamination will begin in 60 minutes (eliminating all biological organisms inside)! Your only chance of survival is to scour Dr. Brandtβs laboratory to find the antidote. He has hidden it from the government through a series of riddles, puzzles, and codes that only the smartest can figure out. If you do not find the security override code and antidote within 1 hour the facility will self-destruct, and there will be no escape. Rely on your team, intellect, and keen sense of observation to solve the riddles and unlock the secrets to find the antidote and to escape the facility. Time is of the essence. Do you have what it takes to defeat Dr. Brandt and save yourselves and the World from destructive chemical warfare?

I gave this a thumbs up because it was a nice, straightforward room. Definitely good for first timers or younger players.

Very simple, very basic escape room. Props and decor (or lack of) was very minimal.

Over all, it was a basic escape room compared to the ones weβve done before. The staff were great, so no hard feelings there. We appreciate the experience but definitely a one timer for us!

This was my second escape room, and it was difficult. Some elements were tough to figure out, and flow was kind of weird, but a good challenge and was able to escape

Everything ran smoothly for us and made coherent sense until solving the puzzle for the exit. I might have missed something, but it felt like a substantial logical leap to make the connection. Other than that, really liked everything about it and appreciate the clutch hint from our GM, Derek! Thank you!
Linear overall but in a way where we could spread out and work on mini puzzles individually or in pairs that eventually came together to get into the next area.
A lot of non-magic/tech locks (combos and keypads), which I like a whole lot more.
Derek did a great job! No pre-emotive hinting and gave us the perfect clue when we needed it.

If youβre familiar with Escapology games, Iβd say itβs between easy and medium. If youβre new to puzzle rooms in general or Escapology, Iβd say tougher side of medium.

Super loud (I think) 10-15 minute high pitch warning buzzer. If anyone in your party is noise sensitive might be worth bringing earplugs (no other clues are done via audio fyi)

Just walking from room to room, some but not all puzzles require standing or reaching. No heavy objects to carry.
Iβd say this is one of the most accessible rooms Iβve been in. Some standing or reaching for some puzzles, but not too dark for anyone with vision impairment, clues were not reliant on being able to hear, and as mentioned previously the time warning system was loud but could be remedied with earplugs.

Set design was lacking a bit. Didnβt give me the zombie vibe I was hoping for. Puzzles were ok. If youβre at Escapology doing another game and need to fill some time itβs worth checking out but I wouldnβt center my night around it.
