Your Nana was always a bit estranged from the family, but you tried your best to stay connected to her. I mean after all, she’s quite old, and she shouldn’t have to spend her days in solitude. You do really worry about her, but she insists that she's fine in her mountain cabin by herself. It was always an hourly phone call that was your little bonding time, but nearly a month has passed since your last contact with her. You decide its time to take a visit up to check on dear old Nana Hannah. It takes you all day to get directions and now that night has fallen, you only make out the cabin by the cracks that shine through her fencing from your headlights. You peak through a broken window pane to see red marks down at the end of the hall. Calling out, there is no answer. Did someone break into the cabin? Is that slashes of blood on the wall? What happened to Nana Hannah?

It was a pretty good room- didn’t set super high expectations based on other reviews and thus enjoyed it. Some new locks/puzzles we haven’t seen. Everything flowed well and there was enough to do separately for 2. Haven’t really been to this location as much because they do not make the room private for <4 on weekends without paying extra for a private room. Appreciate the encore tickets to make it worthwhile and a little more cost friendly to come back.
Not novel- did other ones like this before but still fun and flowed well.
It was alright but not the best I’ve seen - could have a bit more decorations for immersion so you really feel like you’re in the woods. Could use some tlc too since it’s older.
Everyone was so friendly and enthusiastic. It was obvious though that we weren’t being watched closely during the game when there was a hang up with a puzzle

Handled well once the GM realized what was wrong but it took 10 min to get there. After realizing the puzzle wasn’t working we asked for a hint to alert the GM but hints were given for multiple steps we’ve already completed. It took time for them to realize where we were at and then it was resolved quickly. This was the last puzzle so ruined the end experience a bit.

We really enjoyed the puzzles. There were some unique elements, but the puzzles made sense.
The sound effects got me every time.
