Area 51

Hands down, worst room I’ve ever played. Every single puzzle was either left open or opened on its own without our involvement. We didn’t contribute to a single puzzle. We made multiple attempts to inform the GM that the tech was not working as intended and we were skipping puzzles, but he pretended all was fine. Once the room was over we walked out to the lobby with nobody there to meet us. After a minute, a different staff member came over and asked about our experience. He said that room is always broken and ignore our complaints. Many reviews mention how bad the tech is, but we tried it anyway. Don’t make the same mistake. Avoid at all cost

It’s a cool room and set design but basically nothing in the entire room worked it’s just broken. Would be really cool if it wasn’t broken

As others have noted, we had some broken parts that made this experience frustrating. Also didn't love the choppy and unintuitive gameplay.

This is the least fun game at this location. The story line did not flow and serval things were broken or did not work properly which lead to an unpleasant experience. This is one of their older rooms. Would opt to the other ones at this location before doing this game

So much potential in this room but our experience unfortunately was not as smooth due to technical difficulties. There were a couple of interesting puzzles where the execution was lost on me but the storyline made sense. This room has a good conspiracy theory theme going on as one could expect from a title like, Area 51. We were working on a puzzle for a long time until we checked in with our game master, who then confirmed for us that we did solve it and he would have to trigger something on the back end so we could move on the next sequence. We still got out with plenty of time to spare but it was just frustrating to keep doubting yourself when you’ve solved the puzzle already.

Very high tech room but a bit finicky with a couple mechanisms not working. High thumbs up room!! Enjoyed the theme a lot and it was huge!

The game was very advanced as everything in the room was very technical that it feels like you are in the future when playing this escape room. Overall, this was an okay escape room.

The highest production I have ever seen in an escape room! It was mind blowing. We did two back to back rooms in that location (the temple of lost gold). Both were amazing!

I love how maze rooms add themeing to the doors you go through when you initially enter the room. I was amazed at how big this room was, but I still don’t recommend large groups. The set design brought the alien facility to life. The puzzles made it fun to interact with the space. This is probably my favorite alien room! Btw we would like to thank our host Andrew for this unforgettable night! Topping the leader board made this a core memory!

You really have to pay attention the details. This game can be very frustrating but the aha moments make it worth the extra work.
