We were really disappointed with this room. My expectations were high based on the reviews. Our favorite type of room is one where we can complete the experience without assistance from the GM. I think this is almost impossible in this room. The flow isn't great and it felt clunky at several points. I think that the non-linear nature of the room resulted in an unintended lack of flow. The staff is very friendly, and I'm really bummed that we didn't like the room more.

A tough room for us. Puzzles lead to puzzles for a puzzle heavy room. 90 minutes seems long but when you are in the middle of it it flys by.
Didn’t have our A game for sure. The room felt very disconnected but that may have been us. Linear in nature but tough to see the next step.
Theme was solid and you felt disconnected from the outside. Props were fitting well made.
Staff was welcoming. Inexperienced and young.
90 minutes for a room makes it novel.
Plot and story were good.
Hard
Puzzles lead to puzzles. Puzzle heavy!!!
Solid mix of both. Some puzzles required mechanical effort others were tech.

Absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back and do the other rooms at this location.

I really really wanted to love this room. The production value is outstanding, but some of the puzzles fell a little flat or felt like they took some leaps of logic (or, the GM immediately told us what to do). Like our previous experience with Into the Darkness, but even more so with Quest, it felt like the GM was rushing us through, but then we escaped with 12 minutes left. We would have preferred to think through more of the logic ourselves at times. In addition, the GM plays a bit of a character within the game, which we absolutely did not enjoy but I understand to each their own on that preference. Lastly, the room felt eerily similar to “Wizard” at Escape Again Rooms in Houston, TX which my team had done previously.

A very detailed atmosphere in this room! It was a lot of fun. We did feel the conclusion of the room seemed a bit lackluster. But overall, a fantastic room to run.
Flow was pretty good, but some clues didn’t quite lead directly to the next task without a little assistance.

Mostly because the clues require a lot of reading.

This is our favorite game we’ve played so far. It was beautiful, high tech, cool story, unique clue system, and had a great finale. And we saved a Dragon! The GM is a blast in this game. We will be back to play the others here.
The room flowed extremely well and stayed on theme, the puzzles really were detailed.
Stunning set, tons of detail.
Staff and owners were very passionate and recommended other good places to visit.

The story was cool and different. Don’t get to save a dragon too often.

This had some props we hadn’t seen before and some fun interactive ones. The finale was the best we’ve seen and the clue system was unique and fun. The GM used it to be like an actor in the room. It was fun.

This game was awesome to look at and had some fun puzzles. What frustrated me was the gamemaster was way too involved. I would barely get a chance to look at something when I was interrupted and directed. For me, the most important aspect to an ER is good puzzle flow and figuring things out on my own. That being said, we are a pretty good team and only had 3 min left on the clock. I don’t know if the puzzles were too hard, too plentiful or I just was too distracted talking to the gm (there was a unique clue system) but I left a cool game frustrated.

Just a fantastic game! Production value was honestly on par with anywhere in the country I’ve been. Just stellar! Game play was also very good, though some of the puzzles were a bit repetitive and honestly unnecessary. The game could benefit from some editing. As enthusiasts that have played 100+ games, we needed a LOT of assistance in order to finish on time. This is rarely ever the case for us and tells me the game could be edited a bit and a few tedious puzzles removed. That is just my take purely from a game design aspect, this game cannot be missed if you are anywhere on the east coast! I hope it receives all the accolades it deserves.
