Super awesome in terms of new experiences within the escape room world! We had such a great time, Cierra was the absolute best. Will definitely be coming back to do other escape rooms. This escape room stood out as it had stuff in it that we’ve never done before and really relied on your senses other than sight!

We had the best time. Definitely don’t do this one with the lights on - the dark is what makes it! Go with a small group (we had two and it was perfect) and make sure you communicate. I wish I could do this one all over again. Great time!

TEV is the best escape room location I have been to. Every time I come, I am blown away by the detail, story, technology, atmosphere, PUZZLES, and overall immersion. The Outage did not disappoint. I did it with one other person and we got out with about 15 minutes left. I thought that the theme and story was really cool. Even though the dark portion was the highlight of the room, the first portion that was lit had really great puzzles as well. I definitely would not recommend this if you are scared of the dark. I was with someone who was really freaked out by the pitch black area so I would definitely recommend going with someone who isn’t afraid. It got so bad that near the very end we had to turn the UV lights on. There were also some loud sounds that made it extremely scary for him as well. However, Keilee, our game master, was SUPER accommodating. She was quick to answer questions about upcoming noises and was ready to turn on the UV light within seconds. She was so friendly and welcoming which I really appreciated.

More than half the time is spent in complete darkness, so you have to use your sense of touch to solve the puzzles. Very unique

This was soooo unique! The tactile puzzles were innovative. They do have an option to do the room with black lights turned on. DON'T. Go all out with this unique experience and you'll be shocked!

If you are NOT comfortable in the dark, do NOT do this room! It was totally awesome and pretty challenging, most of the room being in complete darkness. Me and my group kept bumping into each other and we couldn't see our own hand in front of our face!

I just don't think I liked the pitch black room. Our GM was also not attentive to us when we asked if we were supposed to turn on the light or use our flashlights.

This was my first room that involved a pitch black room in a portion of the experience. I loved the challenge of sight being taken away, and having to rely on touch, sound, and communication.
