1 escape room
This is one of the worst rooms I've ever played. The story is set in the 1940's yet clues that you find are from different years after that. Thie room is not advertised as a time-travel room. Also, every lock was a 4-digit code, which means once you figure out a code, you may have to try it on multiple locks;
The gameplay is linear. Each clue has to be treated separately because the clues don't move the beginning story along. Players are just trying to figure out clues to get to the next clue and get out of the locked room.
The room has an open wall above the doorway. One the other side of the room are a mini-golf course and a playground. There was a child's birthday party occurring while we played, which was distraction. Also, clues are given via a baby monitor, making it difficult to understand what our GM was saying to us.
The GM was pleasant. When we asked for a clue at one point, she told us exactly what to do to see the next code, as opposed to giving us a hint that could allow us to figure it out.

There was a starting story and then there were a series of puzzles that didn't seem to relate to the story. The puzzles had to be done in order.

Not at all
The hardest thing to do is enter a code on a lock at the bottom of a television console
A wheelchair could fit in the middle of the room. All clues are visual, and color is not a part of any of the clues. Clues are given via a baby monitor, which would not work for those who have hearing impairments.
Yes
GPS took us directly to it.
Easy
There is both one street parking directly in front and a lot across the street.
