Very good! Really like the variety of puzzles! There are keys and locks but there are plenty that /arent/ keys and locks. Really enjoyed the physical puzzles. 100% requires crawling.

This was a fantastic experience. One of the best we've ever done. We took this on with friends, and can confirm that a third person is definitely necessary if you don't want the game master to step in and lend a hand. The puzzles were satisfying and unique, with no technical glitches to speak of. The variety of puzzles speaks highly to the creativity of the Conundrum team. Two years later, we still talk about this one.
Gameplay
No room for improvement. Just be sure to bring some friends, or you won't have enough hands. Puzzles fit very well into the theme.
Atmosphere
The room was well decorated, and had some very impressive setups. If you're looking for lots of LED's, smoke, and special effects, you might be a little disappointed. The story of the room doesn't strongly call for these, however, so this shouldn't be taken as a negative. Parts of the room were personalized, which is always a great touch.
Customer service
We love the GM's here. They give the intro in-character, which is such a nice bit of effort.

Yes
Don't expect to be churning through keys and combination locks. Every puzzle in this room was novel and unexpected. There may have been some that were weaker than others, but expect to be surprised by the quality and uniqueness of the others.
Story
The plot - a psychological experiment - was pervasive throughout the room. The puzzles were especially thematic.

We finished with plenty of time to spare, but it was a real battle. We had a very clever group taking this one down, and we were still stumped several times. This room also demands more than just puzzle solving skills.

You really need 3 for this room. Not to get too far into spoilers, but a certain portion demands cooperation between no less than 3 people.

Some parts of this room are actually benefitted by a smaller frame. There are some physical puzzles that might be hard for younger kids. The themes are not problematic.

Loved all the physical puzzles and collaboration. Only reservation is that some of the physical puzzles didn't trigger after solving and needed some adjustment.

As a team, we’ve played appropriately 25 games together and agreed this is top 3 for us. We visited from Minnesota to play 7 total rooms over Thanksgiving. This room requires excellent communication and collaboration. There was so much creativity in the design, both aesthetically and in different kinds of puzzles. You’ll be glad you chose this room!

Good choice, had to pick between 2. GM was nice and helpful. They nudged at the right moments. Puzzles were hard, a lot of teamwork. Puzzles were linear for a team of 2. But more would have been good to do some puzzles that did not have to wait for one pair. Puzzles were hard, definitely more experience or people who do puzzles will be fine team of 2. Def no more than 4, chaotic if so. Glad I stopped here for a room on my weekend getaway.
