You have stumbled upon an eerie cabin in an enchanted forest while foraging for food. The Village Elders have told stories about Halvar, the village’s bravest Knight warrior who disappeared last year while seeking out an evil witch who had cursed or killed many of your people. You discover that the evil witch turned Halvar into stone, and if you work quickly, you can create a magic elixir and transform Halvar back before it’s too late!

It was cool but Gm was a lil creepy tbh made it all sexual and awkward at times. He’s like a creepy old dude you’d meet in line at a rollercoaster who thinks he’s being funny but is making everyone cringe. Besides that the set was cool and it was fun. Group of 9 was too big I think it would be better with a different gm and a smaller squad like 4-5 max.

We had such a good time! My boyfriend and I went for my birthday and did Bewitched. I love fantasy stuff. This room has live actor puppets that interact with you throughout the game, and give you clues. But when you get a clue you don’t feel like you got help, it just feels like you’re playing a game with an animal. Set design was beautiful. The room looks like 3D molded clay. It’s dark for moody vibes, but not dark enough that I felt frustrated. Every prop we touched we used, no random red herrings. Our game master Lexie was so fun and personable. We did the rated R version of this room so we had a fun time jesting with the animal puppets. But I see how they can make it G rated for kids and it would still be so fun. I can’t recommend it enough. Go just go!

Wow what a silly and crazy time! We did the R-rated version and I was laughing the whole time! Lots of really cool effects as well as unique puzzle ideas. Lots of improv with spells and silly challenges that make this room a whole experience to behold. Our GM was so nice while also being really funny during the room.

This room was so much fun but was definitely more of an experience than an escape room. The live actor is an utter blast and really pushes you to get silly in order to advance. The use of the live actor to nudge you along and give you the story is enjoyable and the overall feel and decor of the room is awesome! My group of 3 did take the full hour and some change to complete this room but that was alright because we were more focused on the banter and having fun rather than escaping. That being said, I wouldn't recommend this for those who prefer heavier puzzled rooms or an experience where you can focus on escaping as this is very story driven and there are points where the live actor will hold you back if you don't satisfy their instructions. Definitely go into this experience with people who have a good sense of humor and be ready to shed your shyness since you will be asked to sing, dance, yell, and make up spells or rhymes on the fly. By far one of my favorite story driven rooms and one I recommend anyone do on the "The Dark Side" or rated R setting.

This was a fun room that flowed well with the story. The puzzles were simple and it was more of an experience in following amusingly cryptic instructions and being observant of your surroundings. The live actor/GM does a good job of keeping the story flowing.
Atmosphere
The set design, lighting, special effects and props were perfect! Not only did it fit the theme and story but it looked nice and gave you a lot to admire while you worked through the experience.

Lexie was amazing! As out GM and live actor, she matched our humor perfectly and kept the entire experience fun. She even allowed us to finish the room despite going over the 1 hour mark by a bit due to the banter aspect of this game.

I've experienced a few story driven escape rooms but this one is the best so far due to the high production value, attentiveness of the GM/live actor, and the cleverness of some of the puzzles.
Story
Definitely a bit cliche and not overly memorable but perfectly integrated with the elements of the room. The overall experience itself is highly memorable and certain elements will have you laughing and shaking your head from how ridiculous some of it is.

The puzzles in this room are fairly easy. It's more a test of how observant you are, how well you listen to the verbal prompts, and how well you play along with the live actor.

There is not an overly large amount to do in this room but having someone constantly banter with the actor can keep the humor going. Can easily be done with 2 players and any more than 4 would be too much unless everyone is just there for the silly story experience.

There is one single moment where you are purposely spooked and thrown into a panic just to see if you'll scramble or follow directions.

This room is best experienced with the rated R setting as it brings a whole lot of raunchy humor and fun to the narration. If your kid can take this then bring then along but warn the GM of any jokes or players that are off limits for interactions as they do try to involve everyone in a group with the story.

The mushroom puzzle seems a bit off. We had them in the right order but it wasn't reading as such. Thankfully, our GM was super attentive and noticed right away, quickly informing us on what to do to get the puzzle to trigger.

You deal with a live actor throughout the entire game in some way, shape, or form. They are great at remaining in character and meld perfectly into the story. If you want to make the most out of this game I suggest you interact and banter heavily with the live actor.

You will be moving around a lot, dancing, and laughing throughout this experience. There is also one point where you have to crawl.
Accessibility
While most of the experience is actually fairly accessible for those with mobility issues, it does have one part at the end where you have to crawl through a space that would prove impossible for someone who is in a wheelchair, has crutches, or can't get down on hands and knees. Colors and sounds also play a large role in this room, making it difficult for those with hearing or vision issues.

The difficulty level and theme of this escape room was perfect for a couple of my less experienced friends. We were greatly humored by our host, and I got a kick out of one moment that reminded me of playing Project Minotaur (but much less scary). Overall, a great game!

Immersive set with production value that is through the roof. The live actor was there for entertainment and banter along with conveying information. Too much info at times… more of an experience as others have said. Puzzles were few and the room was rather linear. A few high tech elements were fun but the mechanics of the room were sometimes faulty. 5 people was a bit much for the room since it was so linear.

LOVED THIS ROOM! We did the R-rated version! So funny and fun! Such a great experience. There is a live actor that is seamlessly integrated into the room. Different from every other room I have done in a very refreshing way to have a new type of room! The set is awesome! Excited to try their other rooms!
