Throughout pirate lore, there are tales of supernatural gem that could tame the stormiest of seas. Known as the Kraken’s Eye, this legendary jewel has been fought over by every pirate that sailed the oceans. Yet, owning the gem is fraught with peril. The Kraken’s Eye is said to be cursed. It yields unlimited power but eventually spells doom for whoever commands it. Today, a quiet coastal community has been thrown into chaos, as a massive and brutal storm has descended over their town and thunderous weather threatens to wipe away the town. With no other options, the townsfolk decide to gamble on a myth – is the Kraken’s Eye buried within the wreckage of a nearby pirate ship? The Siren’s Fury – captained by the treasure-thirsty pirate Barnabas Blackheart – is a twisted maze of booby traps, puzzles and pirate challenges. The gem may be cursed, but Blackheart would not give it up so easily. None have dared enter the doomed vessel… until now. In Curse of the Kraken’s Eye, your team will enter Captain Blackheart’s ship and come face-to-face with his devious devices. Through the prison room, cannon armory, and captain’s quarters, you will race against the clock to solve the captain’s tricks. Succeed, and you will earn the Kraken’s Eye and save your town. Fail, and you’ll become a permanent crewman aboard the Siren’s Fury.

The theme and design of this room was top notch. We wanted to enjoy this room a lot more, but some of the puzzles left us unclear as to what to do and/or why certain solutions were considered not correct and our GM went silent on us at times so there were some frustrating moments. That said, the room was still fun and you could do a lot worse. We especially liked the 2 puzzles that required teamwork and skillful dexterity to complete.

Very good game. Excellent set construction. Some good puzzles, some that were a bit disconnected, and required help from the GM to make certain connections. But overall, it was a fun game to play.

Another high quality game from Gatlins! So much quality went into the design. For me the puzzles were less logic driven and stronger team based. Also the room was pretty dim most of the time. There was 1 tiny lantern to share that wasn’t working right so we used our phones instead. Still had fun, just not my personal favorite.
Lighting issues for me at times

A fun and semi challenging pirate game. Stellar set and great service. Besides being a common theme this pirate game is better than most! Enjoyed the experience and theatrics!

The puzzles were fun and for the most part made perfect sense in the moment, the atmosphere was great and the theming was on point! There weren’t a lot of flashy parts but when it wowed it really wowed. There are some issues that we had but in the grand scheme of things we dismissed most of them as being nit picky.

This is a very fun room. The details are amazing. There are a few puzzles that I haven’t seen before. The game master there was wonderful. He asked before we started if we wanted him to “nudge” us if we were getting too far off. He was able to do that without giving anything away.
