Murder in London

The game starts low key but turns into a marvel of clues to find the ultimate ending. Not super high tech in terms of lasers or interactive screens but things do get triggered unexpectedly, and sounds and visuals are clear. Our GM was amazing!! I think I fell in love😍 We asked for two clues, one of them was due to darkness the other one waz due to our fragility threshold 🤣 As a special parting gift, you get to keep an unexpected personalized souvenir 🤭 Location is also amazing, you can randomly see a sea lion right outside! All in all, it was such a nice experience ❤️

We came back to do the other two rooms and this time told the GM to not prime us with clues and it was perfect - challenging but they didn’t let us go too far off track. It’s a little spooky but in a good way, but a heads up that it’s dark and eerie.

Getting trapped with a murderer in the back alley in the streets of London wasn't something I thought was going to happen, especially with one of us being the newest target. But overall this room was a great experience, lots of running around though and scavenging was a little bit too much a part of this room. Depending on how many of your team is good at this kind of thing, I would suggest 4-6!

Murder in London is an easy to medium difficulty game that largely relies on observation and collection. The room has some fun elements, flows well, and is suspenseful without being actively scary. Our GM was kind and only offered information when an element didn’t open fully or we missed where an element changed. We did it as 2 enthusiasts but probably would have been more fun with 3.

This room intrigued me and put the Ultimate Escape Rooms on my radar due to their TERPECA nomination. My group of four ended up doing all the rooms in this location - and this was our favorite out of the three. As for the room itself, the story is that you are trying to outsmart a serial killer in the London Victorian-themed era. This experience felt more like a scavenger hunt to me but I did enjoy the different puzzles that helped us piece the story together. I would highly recommend this room with a group of four. Look at everything and make sure you don’t miss the details, especially in the dark.

Can you outsmart a serial killer? As time traveling detectives, we absolutely did. This room does suspense and puzzles well. The atmosphere is spooky but we scared ourselves more than anything. The crowbar moment stands out even though you’re forewarned. It’s perfect for best friend bonding or a date night. Hopefully you’re not afraid of the dark…or what lurks in it.

Fun game that has different elements to it. The start is a bit tricky but flows afterwards. Completed the room with 2 people. This is a good medium difficulty game.

Good but mostly average room. Strong start and environment but weak and unsatisfying ending.
