The Triton

We did this escape room as a family and the employees had not reset the room correctly. After having to repeatedly ask for hints, directly stating that we had done the part of the clue they were speaking of and had not found anything after the puzzle was solved, the employees finally realized they had messed up. When time ran out we told the employee we were upset and they offered us more time at our own cost. After their screw up they wanted more money for it to be fixed. I would not go back to this escape room unless the current owner and staff were gone and new management took it on. Outside of that the room was confusing and bland and did not feel like you were inside a submarine. It felt like you were in a room with a few props that were submarine-esqe and didn't really work.
