Hyde Circus

It’s fine. We got out in about half an hour and skipped a couple things. One of the puzzles didn’t work…not my favorite. But it wasn’t awful

First things first don’t come to this escape room if you haven’t yet bad vision as it is…. Very dark in there for no reason. The codes for the locks were correct but weren’t opening. We had to use our phones for the flashlight because the light switch didn’t work. Impossible to think what puzzle is next. Wish there were magnets to hold up certain pieces on the wall. The sensors were very sensitive as well. All in all worst escape room experience ever.

Some nice ambience to this room, but it feels banged-up (broken puzzles, obscured clues, etc) to the point where either some care needs to be put into refurbishment or it needs to be lovingly sent to the great escape room in the sky.

Enjoyed the overall theme of this room and it had some cool puzzles, but it was showing it's age and a few mechanical elements didn't work like they were supposed to. It really interrupts the flow of the room when that happens.

I did this one with some serious smarties and there were a couple spots where things just... did not. Markings weren't clear one one puzzle that delayed us A LOT.

Nice environment, thematic to a circus. Puzzles were unnecessarily difficult through dim lighting and squinting on minute details, and often cheesed.

I felt very underwhelmed in this escape room. The set design was really cool but the puzzles were very beginner level. We got through the whole game without any clues.

Overall escape room was good for the artwork and props, not much for the puzzle solving. There were a few puzzles that wouldn’t work when completed, preventing us from progressing.

This room starts off slow but picks up pretty quick once you solve a few of the early puzzles. Room was pretty cool and was a nice warmup for the other room we did the same day
