Temporarily Closed - In 1909, Dr. E.L. Cravin left his private practice and settled in Blackshear, Georgia, founding E.L. Cravin's Funeral Parlor on Main Street. By 1914, tragedy struck when a fire claimed the lives of his wife, Eleanor, and son, Eddie, and destroyed the parlor. Instead of leaving the memories behind, Cravin reconstructed the parlor but never reopened its doors to the public. Many believed it was his attempt to preserve memories of his lost family. In the subsequent years, Cravin became reclusive, often seen at night either at the parlor or wandering local cemeteries. Eventually, he vanished, becoming a topic of legend in Blackshear. Decades later, in 2008, mysterious activities resumed at the parlor. Reports emerged of unmarked vans arriving, screams heard during the night, and an inexplicably full staff working there. While many experts look for a logical explanation, Blackshear's elder residents hold onto chilling tales from their childhood about a mortician desperate to revive his deceased family. As rumors swirled, a sign appeared outside the parlor reading, “Visitors Welcome - E.L. Cravin Corp.- Where People are DYING to get in.” What dark secrets lie behind Dr. Cravin's decisions? Only time, and perhaps more tales, will tell.
