By far their best room. Great puzzles and theming (warning if you bring kids, LOUD gun shots and brutal images. Bizzare there is no content warning).

“The Perfect Crime” is a test of your strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work together under pressure. Each clue you uncover, each puzzle you solve, brings you closer to the elusive artifact. But the clock is ticking, and failure is not an option.

From reading other reviews, I am glad to say that they have fixed a major flaw by labeling which solution went to which lock... With that said, fixing the problem in this way made the whole experience feel like my hand was being held. With there really only being one type of puzzle in the room (so many 4 digit locks!) it started to feel tedious. I did enjoy the endgame puzzle, because it felt so different from everything that had come before it. The gamemaster was great. Overall I'm still counting this as a thumbs up because there was nothing terrible about it, but it was very basic.

With how linear the room was, I can't imagine it being enjoyable with more than just two people

Escaped in 54 minutes in a group of 2. 6.5/10 enjoyment. Decent combination of puzzles. Some puzzles were a stretch as in it was hard to know how to solve without a clue because they weren't obvious. Although there were quite a few puzzles all in the same room and things weren't really linear, they clearly labeled which combination is used for which lock, which made things a lot easier, but it also felt too guided in that sense and not really immersive. Most of the puzzles weren't that challenging (like they made it easy for kids to solve). Most of the "challenge" came from just grouping all the clues together and keeping track of which props are used for which puzzles and locks. Overall, this wasn't a bad room, maybe because I had low expectations from having seen the other reviews, but I'm glad I gave this a try. The story was simple, but I appreciate them having made the story make sense and how the puzzles followed the story. Solving each puzzle did seem to unravel some of the story. From most to least favorite, I'd rank their rooms as the following, and I wouldn't recommend anything below Prey and Masquerade: Perfect Crime, Exodus, Prey, Masquerade , Nuclear Annihilation, Quarantine

It’s a gen 1 game that’s only 1 room. Cute puzzles. Scratches the itch but super worn down and old. Not worth full cost.

Wasn’t a good experience at this room. This room is very linear, which isn’t a bad thing, but contains a ton of lock combinations with clues that doesn’t point to any specific lock. A lot of time is wasted trying combinations to every single lock. A puzzle was also broken for us when we reached it. The game master had to stop the room and step in to fix it.
All mechanical locks. Not very inventive and fun and was very straightforward. Clues did not correlate to specific locks either.

one room, all standard locks with no correlation to anything. boring and solely difficult because there was no reason any one answer went with a certain lock
really not much done to the room. Props were old
I don’t think GM was even watching us, we’d ask for hints multiple times with no answer

This room had lots of 4 digit locks with no way to pair them to the information.

We had fun in here. More of a puzzle room than escape experience, but the puzzles are fun to work through and the theme hangs together.

Definitely a bit more on the challenging side. Was a pretty fun room just wish some of the puzzles were a bit more linear
