One room but fun. It is next to other rooms and will hear others play. Don't go during Halloween because you will hear everyone screaming from the haunted house. It's good to go if you've done all other rooms in the area and have an itch to do a room.

I would say that this room was way better than the 1408 Room we did at this location. We had a good time with figuring out the puzzles, but I’m unsure if I am dying to go back to this location. One thing I don’t love about Brighton Asylum is that none of the rooms have ceilings, and they don’t space out the locations of rooms very well - so the room next to us was very loud and a big group and they were screaming soooo much. You actually get headphones in this room to combat that, but I didn’t love having to wear those either - they kept going in and out on volume and were not comfortable and super worn down. That being said, I also didnt love that we shared a game master with that other group because she was definitely distracted and not responsive when we kept trying to ask her if we were doing the right thing (because we clearly were but nothing was happening) and then finally after a few min she’d realize we were waiting and would trigger whatever was supposed to be unlocked or happen next. The puzzles were funky and interesting and different, but some had absolutely nothing to do with the theme of “Mystical Manor”.

Completed this room with 3 people and definitely think the experience would be best for groups of 4 or less as most of the puzzles are completed one at a time and there was usually no reason to split up. Special effects/decor were really cool and some of the puzzles were really creative and new to me.

I enjoyed this room! It was better than the hotel themed room. It was a very linear room which we enjoyed and very doable for 2 people. Some issues we had were attributed to the game master not triggering certain items though we had them correct. The storytelling was also a bit interesting and not sure it correlated with the theme. Something really interesting about this room was that we had to wear headphones throughout the game to reveal audio clues - not sure we were the biggest fans of this but it certainly made the game unique. Definitely would return.

I loved the atmosphere of this game. It's a friendly spooky. Puzzles ranged in difficulty and it was a great combination of locks and task based events. Very fun overall.

The set and decoration of this room is very thematic. Players need to use headsets to hear the sound effect due to the way the room is built. The room has an open ceiling and sounds from the adjacent room can be easily heard. The headset works well though and was never an annoyance. The puzzles are fun. Some are easy and some are quite hard to figure out due to the lighting in the room. The game master guided us with just enough clues so the answer is not that obvious.
