Such a creative puzzle experience! I loved the theme, the personalization, the physical clues scattered around a neighborhood I have been to many times. I felt fully immersed in this other world. The bonus content was incredible! What a labor of love from the creator and everyone who worked on the project. I also really appreciated how Steve was willing to help make the game more accessible to me since I’ve become disabled. Major kudos!!

This experience was such a real, true pleasure. It feels like a love letter to Solano Ave in the best way possible. We were a group of two - someone who hadn't spent time on Solano prior to this trip and someone who grew up in Albany, CA, and we both got to experience so much joy throughout the whole journey. It was lovingly crafted, thoughtfully guided, and personalized in a way that felt intimate and magical. Saying much more would give too much away. If you're in the Bay Area, I highly recommend doing this experience before the end of July!

Solano Human Project was probably one of the best ways to spend a weekend morning/early afternoon that I could ask for. The game is shockingly well made for a free experience, and the game mastering was so helpful from beginning to end. The relaxed pace and hilarious story made the whole experience simply joyful and something I didnt want to end. It was also somehow more personalized than real escape rooms that we pay $100+ for which is just crazy to me. If you are anywhere in driving distance, or planning a trip to the bay, book it and spend a few hours saving humanity from AI! (Also the bonus content is AMAZING and if you can go before July you absolutely should!)

this game is an achievement in args and replayable scavenger hunts. the things accomplished in this game were things i’ve never experienced and doubt i’ll ever experience again. Stephen, the creator, went above and beyond to help get the event created for us, adjusted our start time for us and continuously helped us throughout the event. Some things in this event won’t be available for much longer so if you’re reading this before the end of July, JUST GO

A delightful bespokeish puzzley adventure down Solano Avenue, saving humanity from evil AI using the built environment and local businesses. The pace was laid back allowing teams to enjoy the ride. A tremendous value that brought smiles to the entire team.

Delightful adventure, very light on the puzzling, but a relaxing and enjoyable way to explore the neighborhood. Fun surprises and a very committed gamemaster.

It’s so fun! It’s not an escape room, it’s an escape avenue!!!
Completely novel!

I did this experience, not really knowing what to expect, in a team with three adults. We found it to be delightful. It got us outside, exploring a neighbourhood I hadn't been to before. We had spots to visit both inside businesses and out on the streets. The puzzles were quite varied in terms of the style of challenge and difficulty in solving it. I loved the backstory, the witty clues, the impressive DIY engineering and the lovely host who coaxed us to victory. I highly recommend you try it!

A delightful way to spend a couple hours on an afternoon and explore neighborhood shops in a new way. There were so many clever and unexpected details. We played with our daughter (11) and think it's a great family hunt. Check it out if you have a chance! There aren't many openings left.
