Serviceable, but some mechanics didn’t work well (it was unclear whether it reset) and one puzzle was sort of intuitive.

Beat the clock and save Gotham City once and for all. Gotham City, a metropolis plagued by crime and injustice, is in dire need of heroes. In response to the escalating threats, Batman has initiated a new Gotham City Guardian training program. You have been carefully selected for the program to attempt a new and intense training exercise that includes stopping a training device Batman planted in the heart of Gotham City filled with a non-harmful chemical compound designed to mimic a legitimate chemical leak without the fatality. The device is fitted with a countdown clock that will release the gas in exactly 60 minutes after your mission start time, so you'll have to work quickly.

There were some puzzles that just seemed impossible and some that just seemed random. I think that room without hints is mostly impossible.

Wasn’t as bad or glitchy as I expected based on reviews.some of Batman’s instructions could have been clearer, or at least a way for us to replay.

This room just had too many mechanical issues. Such an irritating experience whenever a puzzle is completed correctly but does not trigger the next step accordingly. At one point the game master said "try jiggling the mechanism and see if that works?" 😑

I really wanted this room to be amazing. I had high hopes. (I really want to try their Scooby-Doo themed room because I hear it's good? Though, after our experience with this one, I don't know if my family will do it with me!) We didn't have a great experience with this room. It felt like it was too small for the four of us, and we kept bumping into each other. There just didn't seem like enough for everyone to do--maybe it would be better with 2 instead of 4 players? There was a lot of detail put into the props and set pieces, but it felt like I was so frustrated and in a rush that I didn't get to enjoy them. Some of the items were high-tech, and others felt too easy, too mechanical. I don't know why, but the whole theme of the room didn't seem to work for me. It felt like it was cobbled together.
The set design wasn't bad. Especially the end on the roof.

If you have very small children (under 10) I would recommend having adults who are experienced to help them through it.

It's in a mall. Pay attention to the email, it has instructions on how to find the rooms.

My family of four had a great time in this room! Both kids had some puzzles they figured out which always makes their experience better.

Decor was good but the room was too new. The puzzles are fairly linear so I'd recommend at max 4 people. Too many bugs with the mechanics making the room unsolvable without the staff giving us the answers to bypass the mechanics
