Twas’ the night before Christmas and… OH NO! It seems as though Jack Frost and his ice gremlins have broken into Santa’s toy shop and have left the factory floor Frozen In Time! Being that you are some of Santa’s top elves you’ve shown up an hour early to your shift on December 24th. You know just how important it is to ensure a smooth toy delivery to all the good girls and boys tonight! Now what? The toy shop is frozen over and there is not a minute to waste. It’s time to pull out your biggest, fanciest elf hats with the shiniest jingle bells and get the factory back in working order. Santa and the rest of the elves will be on their way to the office real soon. Time to get nut-cracking! Gather your elf squad and get ready to save Christmas for families all around the world!

Frank was awesome! As an avid escape room player there’s a stronger appreciation for people who start the business because they play too! The room was well thought out and super fun! Can’t wait to continue to play the games as they come out!

Another excellent escape room from PuzzleConnect. This one is great for more players (we had 6 in our party), since there are puzzles that can be done simultaneously. Very high production values. Nice story and again, good coherence to theme.

Love PuzzleConnect, and loved this escape room! We brought a couple people who didn't have much escape room experience, and there was no issue at all. Great Christmas storyline, non-linear gameplay (so you could finish at different puzzles), fun puzzles, and very high production quality. The staff there are absolutely wonderful, and you can tell they're passionate about their work.

All of the staff are lovely, this time we had Amelia as our GM (who was in training) and she did wonderfully! We also spoke to Christina and Frank, who were very welcoming and were happy to talk to us about how any of the puzzles worked or anything about the escape rooms.

My family and I did this room a few days before Christmas and loved it! It had one of the best, highest-quality set designs we’ve seen. The owners Christina and Frank are super welcoming and genuinely passionate about escape rooms. We had such a great experience that we’re planning to come back next week to do their Candy Shop room.

My wife and I played with her brother and his wife and we are so happy we chose to play at Puzzle Connect the owners are escape room enthusiasts like me and my wife and loved how they took a fun passion and turned it into their own and one of the best escape rooms we ever played we recommend anyone who has played an escape room before to come and down and have an amazing experience the owners poured their blood and sweat into creating these rooms for the escape room community and they definitely earned the recognition of being one of the best in New Jersey and new York area

Both they puzzles were unique and not too hard the game master watched us and chimed in when we’re way off or particularly stuck but they left us to our own devices and we had a blast
