The Asylum

Not much to say on this one specifically... I felt that the atmosphere was really good especially in the beginning rooms, but it was kind of diminished by the lack of direction and many cliché puzzles.... Often times there were things in the room that you thought connected to a puzzle but had absolutely nothing to do with the room which left us feeling confused. Felt the ending was very anticlimactic, especially since the story tells us were in an insane asylum, I can't fault them too much because I do understand that this is a small business, but some more integrations into the story would have been helpful. Some things I did like was the usage of a very META puzzle, it wasn't something I had seen in a room before and was quite unique. Again a lot of the ambiance in the room was great, enjoyable sets, but my biggest gripe of this room is that many things were left unanswered and the scare factor wasn't very high, even some small jump scares with audio could have helped enhance the experience. The puzzles that I did enjoy were really fun though!! Overall a decent room If you're looking for something to do in WPB but nothing too unique here. Nonetheless I am hoping to try their other rooms very soon! :)

This room was a lot of fun! We only had 2 people and I feel like it might have gone a lot faster with even 1 more brain in the room. 3-4 people is probably ideal. Most puzzles flowed well and made sense. We only got hung up and asked for help once, and felt that the answer to that puzzle was definitely a bit of a “stretch”… but overall, it was a very solid room. Would recommend.
