The Mysterious Murder of Madame Mesmerelda

I was a bit worried when the ratings on this room seemed low but the premise sounded interesting and I wanted to give it a go. As I am a huge crime buff, I loved the fact that you had to solve the mystery to win. And this was a real mystery complete with multiple suspects and clues you needed to decipher. Huge bonus points for the design. The room itself was delightful and the many props and decorations gave it a suitable mystical feel that really help set the scene of the crime. The puzzles were all fun and well incorporated into the story. I had minor quibbles with a puzzle but that could have been my personal disdain for counting puzzles. There is a unique scoring system that neither adds or detracts from the experience but it a unique little twist. Overall, I really liked the room and will definitely come back to try the others.
