Castle Fluffendor was a super unique and fun experience. From the overall premise of the story to the live actors, the room was absolutely phenomenal. The puzzles themselves were pretty linear, but I loved existing in and interacting with the room. This is one of 3 rooms that are offered in this location. All three take place in the same universe and I highly recommend doing all of them in one day if you can swing it. From start to finish, we felt completely immersed in the world they created. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
The live actors created a super fun and whimsical interactive experience. I have never been in an escape room that felt like this one. The puzzles weren't super challenging, but I wasn't disappointed by it in the slightest. The gameplay was smooth even considering the number of technical features required to make this room go.
This room made me feel like I was really in the world they created, so much so that I actually felt a bit emotional at the end of the story. I was super impressed.
The staff here was amazing - Connor, Ellie, Mattew, Mickey, Nick. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were there for nearly 5 hours and I don't think I saw any of them out of character.

I loved Castle! I don't think I've ever laughed and smiled so much in an escape room. It's a unique experience that I'm unsure how I'd explain to someone. I'd say do it and don't ask questions. I found myself staring closely at everything because it was super immersive and engaging. They did a great job creating this room. And again, the actors...Just wow. It may seem weird to say that an escape room emotionally moved me, but I was. Escape room immersiveness shouldn't go this hard. Go in with an open mind and immerse yourself. It's totally worth it. This is the kind of room you'll gush about to people when you get to talk about escape rooms.
The puzzles weren't challenging, but they were fun and entertaining. The actors made the gameplay flow so well that it stayed fun from beginning to end. I've never had an experience quite like this one. There were new types of puzzle experiences that will stick with me forever.
Again, this room shouldn't go this hard, but it does. I was invested. This is also the first room I've ever completed that felt like the puzzles were genuinely built around the story. The theme was on point the entire time. I could gush and gush about this atmosphere but I don't want to spoil it. Just do the room and keep an open mind. And if you were ever a kid that wanted to visit Eureeka's Castle. This may be your best chance to live out that goal finally. Stellar escape room.
Best staff interactions/Customer service I've had at an escape room. I never felt I was working with someone who had "checked out" for the day. They were in it 110% from the beginning to the end. And I was there for around 5 hours. It's incredibly impressive and super appreciated. Big shoutout to Conner, Ellie, Mattew, Mickey, and Nick. Everybody was super helpful and welcoming. Best escape room customer service I've ever had.

A masterclass, as always from Escape Artist. The production value is unparalleled. Creative puzzles that were fun to solve. Perhaps a bit on the easy side, as we never got stuck long enough to consider asking for a clue (three people with lots of experience), but not so easy that they weren't rewarding. I'd highly recommend this one to people trying out rooms with actors for the first time. They primarily interact with you as puppets in this one and the atmosphere isn't tense, which I think makes that experience more relaxed. Also a very family friendly room.
Story is a bit whimsical which doesn't equate to being as strong for me personally. But there is a very good narrative that progresses over the course of the game, with a few surprises.

High tech but only with sounds, lighting, triggers, etc. No puzzles involving screens, computers, etc. Everything works *flawlessly*.

We played Help Wanted first and I think that made me expect more from this game. Castle Flüffendor had some very cute and unique elements but other parts of the story did not flow well to me. The game itself did not seem well connected and the only connection to Help Wanted seemed to be that we were told we were in a dream. While the flow was a little awkward, I did really enjoy some of the individual puzzles.
Hi EscapeGoat320, thanks for leaving a detailed review! Reviews like this help future visitors find the best games for their group. Dark Lullaby is the story link between Help Wanted and Castle Flüffendor. If you only play two of the games, you won't be presented with the entire story. We hope that each game is strong enough to stand on its own, but the connections between them will make MUCH more sense if you play all three games. To anyone looking to visit us in the future, we recommend the following order for the three games: Castle Flüffendor, Dark Lullaby, and then Help Wanted. If you plan to play all three on the same day, please reach out to us ahead of time! We may be able to add something special for your group. :)

What a beautiful and cute game. Puzzles were fun. A little let down by the overall set production…I think so much more could have been done with the dreamscape theme. But I’m certainly glad to have played this one.

Another wonderful day escape room by escape artist! They can do no wrong!
Lots of fun puzzles and interactions. We were reminded of the muppets. They’re really fun rooms and not scary. The main room is very funny.
