I enjoyed this room a lot. It was for the most part pretty straight forward without any mind blowing puzzles (well and one my husband wishes a slow death upon), but it was a very pleasant solve and stayed very on brand with the theme. It’s a great location with great staff. Giorgio and Mark were very friendly and truly seemed to enjoy being there with us. We had such a good time we opted for a second room right after!
Gameplay
Things flowed well; it was rare we didn’t have an idea of what we were supposed to be trying to do. The puzzles were intuitive. The only thing that prevented me from giving this top marks is a particular puzzle/activity. We knew what to do… and in theory it should have been fun… but it made hubby a tad ragey. Luckily one puzzle wasn’t enough to ruin an otherwise very fun room though!
Atmosphere
No flash effects or anything but the scenery and props worked perfectly with the theme.

Easy
We got through this with just 2 people, 9 minutes left, and pretty minimal hints.

Mechanical
Lots of locks and keys, but definitely a few fun surprises too.

Not scary
Was anything broken?
Yes
There was a puzzle that just by the nature of it, and through no fault of the staff, didn’t quite execute perfectly. But luckily we still had enough info to solve the puzzle with just one more small step so no biggie. What happened with ours was pretty rare and unlikely to be an issue for most.

Somewhat
Some stairs and some getting on hands and knees
Accessibility
Mobility is necessary for all. There is also a puzzle with some colors; red/green color blindness would be a hindrance
