Thank you for your feedback on your experience with us. That room is rated as an 8 out of 10 so larger leaps of logic are necessary sometimes in players resolving the puzzles. Also, since the room is designed more as a first-generation escape room, there are more of the "open a lock" type of activities. We do feel like we have added some room elements and some narrative elements that help to ameliorate that issue for players who like that style of room less. We do also list a warning on our website regarding the flashing light in order to inform folks before they purchase tickets in case there are any potential guests with related visual sensitivities. We do appreciate your kind words regarding our staff - they all work very hard to make sure our guests feel welcome and to create a fun and enjoyable environment.
