There is a murderer on this train… Or more than one! Since yesterday, 2 of the passengers are missing, and just last night we found the dead body of one of them. Mr. Hercule Poirot advised the Conductor in charge and the Police Officer of the train, to gather everybody, including himself in the main restaurant of the train. However, before the door of the restaurant gets locked, you received a message from Mr. Poirot saying: “Don’t come to the restaurant with the others, If I am not wrong the murderer may be here with us but the proof of his guilt isn’t. I left a letter for you, with all the information I know till now and I will delay everybody for an hour, pretending that i am interrogating them, so you find him! Good Luck.”

Man really cool room but did not pass it unfortunately. If only we had maybe 2 more minutes we could have passed it, but we were pretty much at the end. The room is a little challenging as far as puzzles might take you a while to finish not figure out.

This room had unique and challenging puzzles that we rarely see in other escape rooms. The experience was well paced and flowed together nicely. One of our favorite rooms, and definitely one that you’ll rember.

It was decent, the hint system did not help and left some puzzles more confusing. It didn’t feel like a story, it felt more like you’re doing puzzle after puzzle, not becoming properly immersed in the story.
It was incredibly linear and, at one point resulted in half of our party sitting in an earlier room doing nothing.

Good technology and neat storyline, but wow….electronic clues were useless as they gave us clues for things we already did. Game master was very delayed in responding on clues. Disappointed they wouldn’t even provide the outcome even though we didn’t escape. Overall, we won’t be back. Was excited to have a new game place to try!

I don’t recommend this establishment. Really wanted to like this, but there are a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. We gave this place a chance despite the lower Morty scores and we now know why it has low scores. The room itself is gorgeous, the story was the typical Agatha C. murder story, but man…the clue delivery system is a huge time waster (and all of the clues we did receive were for puzzles we had already SOLVED, so we needed to ask the game master for more help, but then the game master just didn’t give us clues for a long time). (It seems like there was one game master for multiple rooms.) Some of the puzzles also don’t connect like they should. There just isn’t that accurate association you need for these puzzles. We were one puzzle away from escaping and could have if the clue system was better…ugh. The current record escape for this 60 minute room is 55 minutes and hardly anyone escapes (according to the employees). To me, this is an indication of some bad puzzles, not a hard room. Be cautious. We won’t return, which is a shame as we were happy there were so many new rooms here for us to try.
I keep going back-and-forth on this. The response from our game master seemed very rehearsed and we were sort of patronized for not escaping. We usually escape, but aren’t mad when we don’t as long as everything is done properly. Here, we would have escaped if the game master would have given us clues when we asked and if the electronic delivery system wasn’t giving us clues to puzzles we had already solved. The response to our “this was a bad experience” was just a simple “I’m sorry,” which felt very dismissive. The GM was kind at the end, but seems like corporate has the employees in a tight hold for what they’re able to do.
