Another body has been found in Shadow Valley County. Locals are afraid this is now the work of a serial killer. Police have identified an old, abandoned distillery as a possible hideout for the suspect. The building was the scene of a massive fire decades earlier that took the lives of several employees and injured countless others, but the cause of the fire was never determined. Police do not feel there is any connection between that tragic event and the latest developments in this string of murders. Investigators are planning to enter the building after following up on a tip they received earlier; one they believe to be from the suspect himself. He has taunted the authorities with pieces of information that would lead them to believe he is challenging them to discover who the next victim will be. If recent discoveries tell them anything, they will have very little time to prevent this monster from claiming his next victim. Can you help them? Time is running out……….

We really had a great time in this room. The atmosphere was creepy and immersive. The puzzles fit the theme and story with some we haven't seen before. Some jump scares kept us in our toes. My only negative is you get so much info all at once and it is a little overwhelming but kinda have sort through and take it one puzzle at a time. We have done serial killer/basement type rooms but they approach it in way we hadn't seen it this way before. There is tech in the room but used sparingly yet appropriately, too much tech would not be authentic to the theme and I love this about this room. Also, the clue system really added to the theme.

The puzzles, props, and overall feel of the room(s) were immersive and cohesive to the storyline. Even with a group of 6 (including 2 escape enthusiasts) we sadly failed to make it out. We were close, but with only a few seconds left we decided to pick a random *final step* but it was not the correct one.

This was a fun game. Gameplay was good. Mostly Gen 1 puzzles and locks with a few electronic props sprinkled in. We choose “expert” mode on the game because we were a bit cocky. We did not finish in time but that is on us and I don’t blame the game in anyway. Immersion was also good.

5/5 I really loved this room. Our GM was fantastic, I think the clues and puzzles are unique. We did it with two and it was very doable. It’s non linear. The reveal towards the end is really fun and for a room in kind of the middle of nowhere western PA it really surprised us. No complaints really I thought it was fair and well paced throughout.
