Irvine School of Wizardry and the Goblin's Secrets

We absolutely love this place. My wife and I have done both rooms, and my daughter had a birthday adventure here with a group of friends and they absolutely loved it. The attention to detail and the feeling of immersion in each room is top notch. I want more, I hope they are able to expand their unit size to accommodate additional adventures. In the theme of Wizardry, we need more years at school!

Loved this room. Such a fun theme and storyline and the atmosphere and decor are pretty amazing. Can’t wait to do the next one at this location.

This was a very fun room and experience. The overall set was beautiful and had a lot of extra set pieces. We solved a puzzle without using the correct pieces. We only got one hint but with three of us we were able to get out with time to spare. The wand aspect of the puzzles are fun

This room ended up becoming my wife and I’s all-time favorite room. I’m a huge enthusiast and have had favorites for years—Goblin’s Secret bumped those favorites down mid-game before we even finished it! It made me fall in love with escape rooms all over again. Our Game Master, Kyrie, was extremely friendly and professional. The set was detailed and high-production for sure! I’m a huge fan in total immersion, especially with hints and solving puzzles. This room did not fail to disappoint and it’s the little things that made it a great room. I loved every puzzle and appreciated the escape from reality and to feel like I’m truly in a magical realm. I hope everyone has the opportunity to try this room! Hidden Donkey, please continue to make rooms, especially with this theme. Thank you for bringing to life the true love and magic of escape rooms!

This room is so great! Did it with 3 kids and they loved it. Really fun for kids but definitely need adults in there and absolutely a room that only adults could do as well! Production value was fantastic! Highly recommend.

The room was just as great if not better than the last one. There are some really unique puzzles and rooms in this one. We ended up getting the extra puzzle because we were moving quickly & with that it added several minutes leaving us with 7mins to spare. This company pumps out gold, would highly recommend visiting.

WOW!!!!! This room is simply amazing. I would love to just hang out in there and admire the set. It’s that good. The soundtrack and audio elements are wonderful and enhanced the experience. The puzzles were really fun and on theme and they can add or omit a bonus puzzle depending on how you’re doing on time. That puzzle was a great addition too. And the ‘working’ transportation system just pushed it over the top. This is truly a work of art and a must do room.

OMG, this game is incredible, amazing, phenomenal, magical, etc… The set design is beautiful, it’s the level of detail that you’d see in a Disney or universal queue/ride. We finished and just wanted to spend more time in the room just looking at everything and admiring the craftsmanship in the room. The puzzles aren’t to be ignored either, there were some seriously clever puzzles here, some stuff we’ve never seen before, and even stuff we had, they made large in theme versions of locks instead of using standard ones. One little thing I don’t love, is they’re going to be putting a second “game” in this room, by labeling things with red or green banners/stickers. I feel this really detracts from the immersion of the game, so, that is one tiny knock. But everything else about this game is stellar, it has jumped its way into my top 5 immediately, and I think stands as the best game in SoCal as of right now.
