The Nun

I was so excited for this room and it seems a lot of hype in the advertising I saw online was not translated into the room. Visually it's lovely but I get the feeling the GM was sick of resetting the room because he handed us our first clue so we didn't unmake the beds. The props are tired, some of the mechanisms took several tries to work even though we were doing the required action - it lost the immersiveness. I'm sad becuase I was really looking forward to this room and some scares and it was disappointing.

Overall a solid room with great storyline, props and scares. We got stuck on one puzzle because the words were faded and indecipherable, well overdue for a retouch. Also not sure if the lantern needed to be recharged because it kept turning off every few seconds. Aside from that being frustrating and wasting our time, the staff were lovely and we recommend the room. We anticipated this would be our favourite room at this location as we love horror themes and it’s the most popular, however that one puzzle really dampened the experience as we felt we had to rush through everything else, despite still managing to escape with a few minutes to spare.

The nun was a very well designed escape room.Very atmospheric and the jump scares came when least expected.Highly recommended for those who enjoy horror escapes.We will definitely come back to check out their other rooms in their new location.

Insanely well dressed and design room visually. The GM allowed us to play with the lights on due to anxiety issues and prone to jump scares, so that was really nice of the GM to do. Puzzles ofcourse in result were easier to solve but still had a really really good time. One of the jump scares was extremely creative and not like what we’ve ever seen before. Over all very good room!

This room had a great scary eerie theme to it. Although we were aware of no live actors, the anticipation of jump scares kept us on our toes. This room was completed by myself and my eleven year and we both enjoyed the room. I am on the shorter side and there were three things in particular that we needed to find something to stand on to reach or see through. I did find some of the puzzles (when you had to read hidden things) difficult to read (probably just needs to be retouched up). The theming and props were great

The vibes of this escape room were excellent - the theme was well conveyed and the team surely did a good job creating this atmosphere.

She was crazy good, we got stuck on one puzzle that slightly altered our time but can not fault the rook in any way!!!

This is a great room if you are looking for a scary escape room experience. Facility is new and has great aesthetics.

When I first walked in the room, I felt like Nun had all the makings of a really solid horror experience with its creepy orphanage setting and unsettling storyline but unfortunately it didn’t really deliver when it came to gameplay. Set dressing I would say was the main positive, the designers really worked hard to capture that eerie early 1900s feel with the bunk beds also being a nice interactive touch. Where the Nun really fell down was the choice of puzzles and inconsistent tech. We unfortunately had two incidents of GM intervention to get certain puzzles to work which isn’t always a big deal but with a brand new room, it felt like those kind of kinks should’ve been ironed out early. A difficult room by all accounts, the puzzles really made you focus on the smaller details. Whilst this is usually a staple in more complex escape rooms, these puzzles in particular didn’t necessarily feel satisfying to solve. Overall good for a couple easy scares but doesn’t live up to their Annabelle room. 6/10 🔏🧩

A really good scary escape room. It has a scare I haven’t seen done before, I was holding my team members arms most of the time but I loved the thrill of it. Overall vibe was great and staff were super helpful
