Temporarily Closed - Step inside a living fairy tale in a colonial township that's under siege by an inhuman monster that preys from the dark. As night descends, Eight Fingers Nine emerges from the shadows in search of fresh meat. His vicious bite penetrates deep, causing sleep paralysis which holds his victim in sway while he slowly consumes their flesh. Step lively and beware the dark, or you may be the main course at his next meal!

The storyline is super muddled on this one.

This was a well made maze. None of us understood the theme or where the name of the maze comes from. I felt this was a missed opportunity. They could have educated you on this in the line outside the maze.

We were confused about what the story even was here and where the name for this maze comes from. I felt they could have done a better job explaining this to you, either outside the maze in line or during. Missed opportunity, IMHO.

At $35, this is a complete ripoff. Definitely carpool if you can.

Prepare to be spooked. The Knott’s actors are waiting around every turn and know how to pop out at just the right moment to make you jump. The set design is highly detailed and designed for terror at Knott’s Scary Farm. A few cons: the mazes are all very loud with sound effects and music that do little to add to the ambience of fear but do make you want to get out quicker. There is high amount of gore in most of the mazes. We generally prefer haunts that rely on spine-chilling creepiness rather than ritual slaughter. But to each their own. Eight Fingers Nine was, in our humble opinion, the best haunt in the park. Go see it!

Absolutely perfect. Creepy and a great build. Great reuse of things from past mazes that I spotted. Dark, with good scares. Understood the story line, if you listen you can hear it being told at the start of the maze.

Not as good as Widow but loved the concept and set design. You can really tell how much thought went into each of the rooms!

Why was six afraid of seven? Because seven ate nine! Why was seven afraid of eight? Because… Eight Fingers Nine is one of the more confusing houses this year. There is certainly stellar atmosphere and it really feels like you’re stepping through a fairy tale, I just wish I understood what was happening a little better. It’s nowhere near as confusing as Grimoire though. The Boogeyman himself is one of the scariest Knott’s monsters I’ve seen. Overall, definitely not the worst house this year, but also not the best.

8 Fingers 9 replaces Dark Entities. It is about a Boogeyman in the colonial times. The production of this is insane. I don’t get scared easily but I love an immersive theatrical stroll through a live play walkthrough maze. There was definitely some monologueing going on at the beginning.

Production design was pretty awesome. Some great lighting for the Scareactors
