Went here with a group of 13, was told our wait time would be roughly 30-45 minutes. After more than 2 hours we had only moved 20 feet. There was roughly 100 people in the line and everyone continued to complain that the line was not moving at all. We ended up asking for a refund in which we were denied and told by the owners wife that it was not their problem that we didn’t budget our time well and we there was no refunds. Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional behavior throughout the entire transaction.
