Fantastic Escape Room experience with challenging yet accessible puzzles. A fully interactive experience mixed with a bit of humour and light heartedness. A must play.

Fun escape room with great puzzles. A decent amount of tech in this room. We enjoyed our time and the set was cute.

In my top two escape rooms of all time. This is a seriously fun, seriously challenging room. You’ll laugh at the campiness. You’ll roll your eyes at the puns. You’ll be pushed to your puzzle-solving limit, and you’ll have an absolute blast doing it. This is an escape room you have to do if you’re in Columbus, and it’s worth making a trip out there just to experience it. You’ll want a group though - I can’t imagine doing this one with just a single partner. We had five in our cohort and found that number to be perfect. Four would work. Three would be pushing it. Seriously, if you’re still reading this review, stop and book the room now. You won’t regret it.

Rating: 4/5 - Unique sci-fi theme with a lot of charm and goofiness, one of the best rooms in Columbus What I enjoyed: ➕Set looks cool and is fairly immersive. The owners put a nice amount of effort into this, though this is still a mom and pop type place so don't expect crazy high budgets. ➕Unique theme I've never played before ➕So many cow puns and sci-fi references and easter eggs, this is clearly a labor of love and the owners leaned into to the goofiness. There is even some personalization for the players. ➕Tons of tech with a few combo locks ➕More than a single room to explore ➕Great variety of puzzles like dexterity, physical, visual, word, tactile, games, and tech interactions. Difficulty was moderate and everything made sense. ➕Some non-linearity allowing the team to split up ➕Good use of lighting, audio, and special effects ➕Fun, game-like ending involving tech ➕Multiple notepads provided ➕Everything was well lit, no flashlights needed ➕Owner and employees were all very friendly and helpful when needed, they were also great to chat with. I'd recommend a team of 2-4 enthusiasts. We played as a team of 2 with no major issues. You can play Cows 1 and 2 in any order, they have similar themes but unrelated stories. Super fun room. They really lean into the silly theme of the room. The puzzles are varied, some need to be done consecutively but others can be done in parallel. This let our group work independently on puzzles as well as work together on others. Everyone got to continue which was great! Highly recommend. We needed 3 hints and the game master gave us light nudges in the right direction, which was the perfect amount of hint for our group. Played with my 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

My hubby and I always have a blast with Team Escape rooms! The owners and staff are so passionate and put so much care into their rooms. The theme here was so funny and clever. We loved all the inside jokes, humor, and attention to detail. The high-tech nature really played well into the theme and there were a lot of satisfying puzzles. There were a couple puzzles that didn't feel very intuitive, and we did need some nudging at times. After doing 100+ rooms, we had never seen such a unique theme! We had a blast here and will definitely be back for the sequel room!!
