My wife and I brought our 3yo and 6yo in and everyone had fun! There are many objects to collect so the kids feel involved in looking for items.

A few of the clues I don't think anyone would be able to find without asking for hints. But the hints are unlimited which is great, making sure we're just here to have a good time and won't leave feeling defeated.

This is probably one of the most disappointing escape rooms we completed.

The puzzles and clues are so obscure and nonfunctional that I question if it is possible to complete the escape room without requesting a hint from the moderator.

With the owl hooting and knocking on the door, unless you knock VERY slowly, the key does not fall from out of the door. It required more than 3 attempts of doing the EXACT same thing for this to function properly.

The moderator was not attentive and would only provide clues for puzzles we have already completed.

Lastly one of the puzzles were broken, which was confirmed by the moderator when we asked her to test it to ensure we were not going crazy. Though she was not surprised since she said that it was broken before but they did not try to test it when they received it back.

None of this was a good experience and was an overall disappointment.
