Cant believe how disappointing this room was, im going to go on a rant because i have a lot to say for starters, the staff only gives you 75 min for the room, not 90. but the room really should be 120 min long because theres SO much to do. so why take away 15 min even though its advertised as 90? i’ll come back to this The room is horribly littered with unnecessary cut scenes that eat up too much of your time, and loud audio descriptions that annoy you or are just overall unhelpful (and are borderline offensive) the puzzles mostly consist of a keypad and entering in a number, which is ridiculously juvenile considering the lengths you have to go to in order to understand and decipher the code needed. the puzzles arent just boring, theyre also difficult in all the worst ways. there are a few puzzles that are interesting but nothing at all that stands out. which is a shame because the theme-ing of this room is fantastic (not a spoiler) theres one part where you have to watch a LONG video to tell you how to complete a puzzle, but its so long with so many instructions that it isnt helpful and it defeats the purpose, not to mention you LITERALLY are being told the answer, it makes it all feel pointless and thats what clicked with me, no wonder they only give you 75 min - they keep the last 15 to walk you through the entire rest of the game because NO ONE IS COMPLETING IT this is easily the worst room at Omventure (both locations), which is fine because they have a TON of great rooms but this one needs serious work. my group and i went within the first month of this room release so im sure it needs more feedback, but this room clearly was not tested enough it needs to be 120 min long, 1/3 of the puzzles need to be ENTIRELY removed and the other 2/3 need to be refined (not simpler, just refined). the atmosphere overall is fine but also isn’t anything to write home about. i had hoped for better but it is what it is 2/10 - i wouldnt recommend this room until SERIOUS changes are made. at the moment the room sucks, but it has so much potential to be something great

Loved this room a lot, but I do understand what others have posted in terms of there could be some refinement. Theming and atmosphere is fantastic. The use of tech and animatronics is great. I loved the use of the live actor at the end. Most of the puzzles are in my opinion great (assuming you go with 4 players). I only found one puzzle unreasonably difficult to find a specific piece of info you needed, we needed a hint, the rest seemed completely reasonable. I think there are some definite improvements that could be made (like streamlining the video that gives wayyyy too much info at once) but overall it was a great experience. I think Motel Betty at their other location is more successful with their live actor but I appreciated the difference in approach this room took with their live actor compared to most rooms with one.

The game felt extremely undercooked… there were so many illogical puzzles that were extremely confusing. Bad usage of the live actor. The employees didn’t know the game enough to give hints when we needed them. We’ve done many escape rooms and this has to be one of the worst… we were expecting Motel betty levels of quality but came out extremely disappointed
