Batman™: The Dark Knight Challenge

Was a cool set but the tech was off. Spent some time on a puzzle that was supposed to open something that activates something else. It opened in the wrong order so I worked on the first puzzle and nothing happened because it was all open already…GM looked like he was avoiding answering questions probably because that ate my time and kept asking about it during game with no response till at the end. Not sure how gameplay at other locations are for this game but this was a bit frustrating here. My thumbs up was for the theme and room and most the puzzles were ok.

It was such a nothing burger. Puzzles were bad, didn’t flow, and you had to put a word on a number lock. If I could describe this room in one word, it would be ass.

Nice theme. Moderate difficulty. Lots of sequence puzzles that waste time while they reset

I wish this app had a meh symbol. Cause it wasn't terrible but it wasn't "Yay". It was ok. I dont like escapology in general. This room was decent but same problems as other rooms where they are constantly giving hints without being prompted or giving hints for puzzles that were already solved. It wasn't terrible but wasn't great.

This room was surprisingly fun! I have been pretty disappointed by other rooms at this location in the past so I wasn't really looking forward to completing this room to be honest. Overall the set up and props were great! There was a great balance of puzzles and they were not overly complicated. My only complaint for the first room was the fact that two of the components were not fully closed (probably not fully reset from the previous players) and it was rather hot which had me concerned if it was going to feel like that throughout the rest of the room. Luckily once we unlocked the second room, the temperature dropped and it felt like there was a lot more air flow. I'm not a huge batman fan but my partner is and he was able to pick up on the different aspects of the storyline. Would recommend this room!
