Camp Ruby Lake: The Blood Moon

Amazing room and theme! It flowed really well. My wife and I were able to do it just us 2 with plenty of time remaining. The owners are incredible and the staff is so friendly and helpful!

We love doing escape rooms and honestly deadline has been a great source of entertainment and challenge. The puzzles range from right on the nose to some more interactive and fill the room kind of puzzles. There are some “jump scares” so be warned it gets tense but I feel like that’s some of the fun of getting absorbed into the game environment and really feeling like your in the story not just playing through it.

We enjoyed this room. You felt like you were at camp. I’d highly recommend.

ALL TIME RECORD! Such a fun room! The set design truly transports you back to a camp and there’s a ton of great puzzling. There’s linear and non linear elements with some really fun tactile puzzles.

We did this room as a triple date with our friends! It was a high quality room for sure, but was a little chaotic with our amount of people when it came to more intricate / detail oriented puzzles. The story worked well and the last thing we had to do to complete the room was a total surprise and we all were so hyped up about it!

Amazing room with lots of amazing puzzles that all work consistently, only had one section that caused a real struggle with being overly physically difficult.

Fun room! Relatively easy, flows well

Deadline Escape Rooms are at their best when they are more mechanical than technical. I have done 4 of their rooms so far. Freak show and Dead silence are the best rooms in deadline. They are both very mechanical and not technical. This room is a weird blend of technical and mechanical. To be fair, I have never done a two game room. But it’s weird to have props from two games in the same room. It makes the room weirdly empty. The lighting and ambience music was off. It should be creepy but it’s not. Some of their clues were a stretch especially at the end of the escape. There was a significant technological glitch. Multiple times the gm did not answer when We asked for a clue. Overall this room needs some work to work out the kinks.
