This was a fun room with a cool set. Puzzles were solid but nothing special. I wish every escape room chain was as good as The Escape Game, in terms of puzzle design, set design, and especially customer service. They really go above and beyond to make sure that their clients have a great experience even with their pesky public booking policy. They gave us a free game because a few things in this room weren’t working, which they didn’t have to do. It was extremely kind of them. Difficulty- Medium Strengths- + The set design was beautiful, and the special effects that were working were cool. + One puzzle was memorable for the usage of an underutilized sense in escape rooms. + The vast majority of puzzles were logical and fit the theme well. + I always look forward to the intro videos at The Escape Game, and this might’ve been my favorite one. Areas to Improve/ Personal Preferences - A large set piece was not working when we went and it became a ghost puzzle, hindering our progress. -One puzzle needed some audial or visual feedback to tell us if we were on the right track. - One piece of tech had a huge and seemingly random time delay from our input to physical reaction, frustrating us. - One puzzle could’ve been implemented in a much cooler way, but it turned out to be a much very low-skill version of its potential. - One puzzle didn’t work the way it was supposed to, and the game master had to bypass it for us manually.

The room had potential but many of the puzzles weren’t working and one of them even had to be bypassed. The set design was very nice and the game masters at this location were very nice and friendly. I would recommend the other rooms at this location before recommending this room.

I LOVED this room!!! I think it’s their best puzzle in their mass locations. It was a good difficulty with unique puzzles. Varied in physical aspects. And the different rooms were well designed and very immersive. Not a dull moment, 10/10 room! Staff was incredible too!!
Some of the props could use some renovating, but special effects and set design were insane!!!!
They were some of the best I’ve ever had. Really went above and beyond to make the night fun 20/10!!!

The escape game does it right. Great theming as usual. The room felt like it might have been reduced based on the space available compared to other locations.

Another wonderful and highly immersive game at The Escape Game. We have always enjoyed the games here and look forward to finding new locations and newer games on our travels. We visited today to do Ruins and Cosmic Crisis to finish up the games here. Ruins has absolutely gorgeous decor. A couple of the puzzles were tough for the two of us, we did end up getting stuck in a couple spots and needing to ask for a couple of hints. There were elements here we haven't seen in any other rooms yet, so that was great. All around a great room that stumped even us enthusiasts a bit.

Another The Escape Game solve. The game master was great, a couple of the Ruins puzzles needed a little more muscle but worked well. We stumbled a bit on the finale but still finished just the two of us.

My favorite room at this location. Lots of puzzles so you can change to something else if stuck. Would highly recommend!
My favorite. SO MANY PUZZLES and so many creative ways to do them!
Super detailed. LOVE the work that went into it, felt very immersed, not like an office space that also happened to be converted into an escape room. 10/10 decoration. Also, they hire real actors for their intro, so it doesn’t feel as cheesy or cringe worthy.
Seriously the nicest staff of any escape room I’ve been to (and Ive been to at least 20)

We were paired with two mothers and their four kids. It's always a mixed bag when you do rooms with strangers, but luckily they were a great group and we all worked well together. The story was good and added a nice touch of humor to the game. The set, as always, was amazing. It always feels like you're in a movie. The puzzles were fun and for the most part flowed well. I had two complaints. Please slap some paint on the circular puzzle pieces. In the dim lights it was really difficult to tell the difference between the pieces. Also, if there is a puzzle that is broken, please let us know up front so we don't waste our time trying to solve something that is impossible. I had friends do the room a few weeks before and it was broken then as well. Overall, the room was a lot of fun and I look forward to trying their other rooms.
