The interesting theme/idea of mixing video game and real-life is wayyy better executed here than in their Game Over room in Richmond Hill. The puzzles made sense and were fun/funny. The mechanics were different based on the blending of virtual space and the real space. And multiple players can be (and must be) involved and working together. Two big suggestions - the host gives A LOT of preamble of what you should do first and what all the rooms will be, which suggests there could be better ways at the game itself making you understand the world you’re in rather than a lore dump up front via the host. - as with most Inblack games there is a lack of polish to the rooms. It always feels a bit dusty/dirty or some props appearing very home made and/or well-worn (ex: permanent marker scribbled on props), For a multi-location business and the price I do expect a a bit more quality to the room on that end.
