I LOVED this game! The Escape Ventures always makes great rooms but dare I say that this is one of my favorites? This room was not as scary as some of the other rooms at The Escape Ventures but it was very immersive and the puzzles flowed so perfectly together. If you’re thinking about trying to venture out into scarier escape rooms but want to start off with something a bit more tame, this would be a great option for you! Our game master (I believe his name was Miles?) also very clearly loved his job and did a notably great job making the experience fun for us!
Gameplay
I loved the puzzles in this game! They were challenging but not so challenging that they became frustrating. The flow from one puzzle to the next felt very intuitive even though parts of this room were non-linear.
Atmosphere
This room was really well designed and immersive! There are even scents infused into this room to set the scene.
Customer service
Our game master was so enthusiastic and did a great job helping us make it through the room!

I’ve never seen a Bigfoot theme before and I’ve been underwhelmed by most of the “Creature Feature” rooms that I’ve done in the past. This one exceeded my expectations!

The story was pretty straightforward but so well-executed.

There was a pretty decent amount of stuff to do in this room but the individual puzzles were not particularly difficult.

I think this game could work best with anywhere from 2-6 based on the size of the spaces.

I don’t scare easily but some groups might consider this “scary” depending on their horror tolerance. Compared to other games at TEV (particularly Cornstalkers, Echoes at Murder Heights, and Neighborhood Watcher), Bigfoot is not notably scary.

I think that anyone who is old enough and enjoys haunted trails/haunted houses would be totally fine in this room!

Accessibility
If you have mobility restrictions, I would speak to workers at TEV before booking this room. I don’t remember any puzzles that relied solely on color (if there were some, there weren’t many). Some puzzles utilize sound though.
