Pixel Run [Immersive Experience]

A very fun and physically engaging experience, however a negatively impacted one by poor communication and lack of professionalism at reception. Information about player limits was delivered in a dismissive manner, and there were inconsistencies between what was promised and what was provided at the end. Additionally, basic comfort elements, such as proper ventilation in a high-intensity activity space, were overlooked. While the game is enjoyable, the customer service needs improvement to match the quality of the concept.
