Although the "bank heist" theme is not our favorite. They did a good job keeping puzzles fresh and interesting. Andnthey get extra points for being a dog friendly escape room. Fair warning: there were some loud noises that could be hard for more sound-reactive dogs. But was overall challenging and fun

As an escape room veteran I didn’t find the puzzles in this room particularly interesting, but I still enjoyed myself because they were tied very well into the theme of the room! There’s even a real bank vault door! Expect a few hints on the way to the loot.
Red herrings were overused in this room. Many of the things I was excited to find a use for ended up unused, and some things labeled as red herrings were useful to progress through the room. The room was also quite linear, which makes it vulnerable to having flow issues. The host gave some unsolicited hints which felt bad in the moment, but in retrospect this is probably a habit formed from the room’s design having so many different places for people to get stuck.
The old authentic bank vault is very cool and unique! I also love the fake hole in the wall that’s supposedly how we entered the first room, according to the story. The rest of the props aren’t particularly high production value, but they fit the story well.
Our GM was very funny, enthusiastic, and sold the story well! In the moment, they felt a little too eager to give us hints, but in retrospect the hints improved our experience. I think this is a flaw of the room being too linear and easy to get stuck, rather than a flaw of the GM.

Although bank heists are not a novel idea for escape rooms, the twist of missing the vault and ending up in an employee break room was quite funny and well integrated into the puzzle themes.
Medium
Very thematic, but not particularly challenging puzzles. Would be easy if the puzzles flowed better. The extra difficulty was mostly from solutions being very specific rather than clever—we knew what we were looking for most of the time, but weren’t sure where to look, as opposed to stumped on a difficult puzzle.
Mechanical
Fun interactive props, but no high tech “magic”.
2
Hard to split up tasks due to a very linear structure. Probably better with fewer people.

It was an okay game. I'd recommend one of their other rooms first. This was our third room of the day and my least favorite. It did, however, have some really cool tech items that made it feel authentic to the story.
Meh. It was only cool because there was a real bank vault.
Our gm kept talking for THIRTY MINUTES before letting us into the room... about nothing. Even after we told her it was our third room of the day at their establishment. We also literally tried to beg her to take our payment bc we owed for one more person but she didn't belive us. Anyway, she meant well but we almost gave up and left before it even started.
