You’re about to inherit a vast historic estate—if you can clear your name of murder. You are Robert Montgomerie, the only remaining direct heir to the Kildermorie Estate and the Montgomerie family fortune. You’re attending a family gathering hosted by your Grandfather, Hugh ‘Monty’ Montgomerie, the 9th Earl of Kildermorie, to celebrate the dawn of the new Millennium. As the guests raise a toast, a scream fills the air…and your Grandfather is found dead in the library. It looks like MURDER, and as the direct heir, all fingers are now pointed at you! Will hidden clues reveal distant family secrets? With the police on their way, can you gather enough evidence and piece the story together to provide your innocence? "Mansion Murder” is a solid, challenging room that will satisfy experienced escapists looking for a detailed, hands-on puzzle fest. The non-linear gameplay and detailed set are major strengths, even if the story and flow aren’t flawless. If you love digging for clues and don’t mind a sometimes-bumpy ride, you’ll likely enjoy cracking this case.

This was their hardest room! For being a franchise it wasn’t bad at all. Set design was okay. Puzzles were fine except for one that was a FAR stretch. Me and my buddy looked at eachother and were like “how in the world were we supposed to get that?” Other than that puzzles were pretty logical. Good flow id say.

The room was ok but really felt lacking for our group. The puzzle signaling and flow were both off. We had a hard time finding a groove, as the puzzles were not very intuitive. I would skip this one and play some of the other rooms offered.
