For an investigation, you and your team will take part in ten tests at THE DOME Research Facilities. At the same time, the life-threatening criminal cyborg Hector undergoes the first ever CMNT (controlled molecular neuro transmission) treatment on a cyborg. Hector oddly appears not to be sensitive to the treatment and thus manages to hack THE DOME's system with his internal computer during one of the tests. At the same time, his henchmen on the other side of the world, Thommas Wigg, manage to take out THE DOME's head of security. Because of this, there is nothing that can stop Hector's outbreak. With the result; the escape of an extremely high dose of sodium cyclate into the examination room. You and your team will become intoxicated by this substance and from that moment on will end up in a severe hallucination. After Hector's escape, will you and your team manage to let go of all logic and go along with the flow of your hallucination? Or do you get entangled in the illusion that you still have some idea of what reality is under the influence of Sodium Cyclate ...

The Dome is so densely packed with great effects, and creates a high-energy chaotic experience that fits very well with the setting. There's a story that threads everything together, but the main focus is on effects and puzzles. And those are done very very well. Unfortunately there were some technical problems in our game, and we received some hints for puzzles we had already completed. In the debrief it became clear that our game master unfortunately wasn't always behind the cameras for our game. These are minor negatives, but not something we expected for such a highly rated game. They also mentioned that the ending of the game was recently changed, and to be honest I'm not sure if it's an improvement, as the game ended very abruptly, and there was no real conclusion to the story.

This is the best room in the world and I’ve done 20% of the top 100 rooms on Terpeca.

I was extremely excited to play the Dome and worried I was preparing myself for something that couldn't exist, so tried to be realistic about expectations. I would say it therefore met my expectations.. but I must stress that they were high! It was an excellent escape room and I had an amazing time while I was in there - non-stop fun. I had no clue what was going on but I really didn't care. We took the puzzles as they came, and just got stuck in! What I really want to stress is, don't be put off if you are a group of 2! We both got to experience pretty much everything, it wasn't too hard and the game was adapted cleverly when there were puzzles you couldn't normally solve without more people. I actually think we were a good-sized group and I certainly think 6 would've been a bit much. One element of the room didn't work so if rating out of 5 I'd give 4.5. The fantastic host reacted appropriately, by noticing the glitch and moving us on while at the same time reporting the issue so someone could come to fix it ASAP, but I couldn't help but feel disappointed that we didn't get to experience everything and not knowing whether this would have made a difference in whether we escaped. Slightly anti-climactic ending. I echo all comments about the lobby - very fun place I'd happily have spent hours. Love the self-serve bar, and of course the playback of your game at the end - never seen that anywhere else and it's a nice touch.

We played this with 2 players and had a great time. Escaped without hints but barely in time. It's chaos, crazy but also amazing. Can highly recommend it.

Late to the party, so worried that it wouldn't hold up to the hype.. But right from entering the building, to games area before/after, and actual game was awesome. Played as a 4 and wouldn't want to play with any less

Wow, that was a tough one for us. Our GM was amazing. She let us go beyond the hour as we arrived early and she really wanted us to see everything. Very appreciative. The game itself was tough for us, sometimes hard to hear each other and I realized afterwards how much I was overthinking some of the puzzles. So glad we played this one, even though it wasn’t really the kind of experience we prefer, it’s easy to see why it’s always so highly ranked.

The Dome is indescribable. I’ve played dream-based games before, but they feel slight in comparison to the insanity The Dome contains. Everything, the puzzles, the set, the effects, had the sole purpose to pleasantly confuse, disorient, and engage you. I wouldn’t have minded taking the 8 hour flight just to play The Dome.

Ideal to play it with 6 players due to the complexity of the puzzles and had an incredible experience. Very innovative puzzle and atmosphere. Surprising after show, with seeing a brief replay of the experience.
