Wasted a lot of time on equipment that malfunctioned. Kept receiving clues to do exactly what we were doing and took a while for anyone to believe us when we said it was simply not working.

I did this one a while ago, but it stands out for having several malfunctioning pieces of equipment, and the staff counting it against our allotted hints when we called them in to fix these malfunctions
