Not my favorite room—some props were good, some were tacky. Played with a few first-timers who did enjoy it, but being a more experienced player myself, it was a bit disappointing. The clues were pretty scattered and had no indication of which lock the codes went to. There were quite a few props that ended up not being important and therefore threw us off.

Fairly open room for 85% of the game which would work for wheelchair users. Strobe lights used in the beginning (our game master made sure to ask us if we had an issue with that before the game and I'm sure they could be turned off). Places to sit within the room.

Depends on when you go—Escondido at night may mean you have to park a few blocks away.

The set design was intriguing…in not a good way and you could tell it was a little low-budget in terms of the props. One particular puzzle had no previous clue to get there so we had to use a hint. The room also had a bunch of props that were red herrings so that’s what made it “hard”. The storyline was not easy to follow so that’s what made it hard too. I didn’t hate the actual puzzles you had to solve but I wish there was a clearer motive to the room and clear storyline with satisfaction.

This game has a cool concept, creative atmosphere, and in my opinion terrible gameplay. It just wasn’t fun. It was frustrating and we had a terrible GM. I will say, I think this game might be updated from when I played under previous ownership, but I never quite got the hype.

If you like psychedelics, this is for you!!! I loved how immersive this room was and the puzzles were pretty simple, the hard part was finding all the clues to solve the puzzles! I recommend this room for 4-5 people, anything more will be a bit crammed for the small space that it is.

Trippy room with cool music! Our GM was very kind but read everything off a script which made it feel less exciting. Not sure if she was new or not though. Fun room nonetheless!
