This was supremely frustrating for us. Game relies heavily on the in-room actor and low-light searching. Our guy was nice enough but not in character at all, basically just a mutual heckler/hecklee situation lol. Puzzles- I think there were 4?- were very straightforward once you meticulously scoured the room and located all the pieces; more than one got a groan from us once we were clued and finally found it. Too bad bc the puzzles felt on-theme and game had the potential to feel immersive, but we were nonplussed.
