How well do the puzzles fit the theme? Looks/Theme - How much effort, time, and money went into making an immersive and unique atmosphere. GameMaster Rating - How attentive and helpful was the game master? Were the hints given in a timely manner and were they quality hints that helped but did not give you the solution too directly? Operation Fluidity - Was the game reset properly? Was it clean inside the room? Were the code entry and solution methods working properly as intended? Overall Difficulty - This is fairly subjective but is mostly correlated to how many total puzzles and how time consuming they each are compared against the 60 minute time limit that almost all rooms have. Combined Rating - Simply a total tally out of 50 of the four main categories. (Puzzle Quality and Looks/Theme are weighted a little more because they are the most important parts of having a good experience). The higher the number, the better the room! Just remember that a 5/10 or 7.5/15 or a 25/50 combined rating is an AVERAGE rating (for some reason in most people’s heads, a 5/10 is a below average or bad rating). So if a room has a combined rating of above 25, then it is a quality room and a good experience that I would recommend! It has to be a really well done room to score above a 35.

This game is probably the hardest we did at this location. Granted, we missed some obvious “find the thing in the room” puzzles that we usually don’t. The theme and design were beautifully done. Escaped with only 9 minutes left so it was a close one for us!

Since we played this one right after the last one, we got a discount here. This escape room was fun overall. As usual, the scenery was pretty great, although I would say this one was probably the "simplest" out of all of the ones I've done at The Escape Game in terms of more standard lock types of puzzles. I appreciated the staff giving me a birthday card at the end of the experience!

The game play wasn’t as good as other games we’ve done with this company. Not sure if it was because the room wasn’t as linear or because our game master pushed us along the entire game. Although our game master was a nice guy, we weren’t able to figure things out on our own without hearing the tv chime hinting a clue.

One of my favorite games. It was fun, immersive, high quality.

This is great if you love the suspense of stolen art! The theming for this room is on par to the name but is very difficult for people who have not at least played a couple of escape rooms before!

We went in the morning so that we could have private games without paying for the extra spots (if you have less than the full party you have to pay extra to guarantee it’s private, but if you go when it’s not busy you can usually just get a room to yourself). We went on a Monday morning and played three games in a row and all three were private. They offer an awesome discount on additional games so we had planned to go and do a bunch in a row. Of the three rooms that my wife and I did here, this was the hardest for us, especially as we moved through the later rooms. We really enjoyed it and the challenge it was.
