Mission: Mars

This game was a really fun play too! As the second room of the night at this location it had a lot to live up to referring to gold rush I did before, and it most certainly did! The gameplay was fun and intriguing and everything made sense, which isn’t common in an escape room

This room was soooooo good!!! I had a team of 2 and we did escape, but had less than 2 minutes remaining! The concept was so much fun and took some real thought. The GM was amazing and spoke with us before we started about how we like clues which made gameplay even better!!

This was my first ever escape room! I don’t remember much but I remember it being a great first one.

Puzzle Quality: 12/20 Looks/Theme: 11.5/15 GameMaster Rating: 8.5/10 Operation Fluidity: 4.5/5 Combined Rating: 36.5/50 Overall Difficulty: 5/10 Quick Notes: - Multiple rooms, medium in size. - Technology heavy room and puzzles. CATEGORIES EXPLAINED IN MORE DETAIL BELOW: Puzzle Quality - How intuitive, logical, and unique the puzzles were. How well do the puzzles fit the theme? Looks/Theme - How much effort, time, and money went into making an immersive and unique atmosphere. GameMaster Rating - How attentive and helpful was the game master? Were the hints given in a timely manner and were they quality hints that helped but did not give you the solution too directly? Operation Fluidity - Was the game reset properly? Was it clean inside the room? Were the code entry and solution methods working properly as intended? Overall Difficulty - This is fairly subjective but is mostly correlated to how many total puzzles and how time consuming they each are compared against the 60 minute time limit that almost all rooms have. Combined Rating - Simply a total tally out of 50 of the four main categories. (Puzzle Quality and Looks/Theme are weighted a little more because they are the most important parts of having a good experience). The higher the number, the better the room! Just remember that a 5/10 or 7.5/15 or a 25/50 combined rating is an AVERAGE rating (for some reason in most people’s heads, a 5/10 is a below average or bad rating). So if a room has a combined rating of above 25, then it is a quality room and a good experience that I would recommend! It has to be a really well done room to score above a 35.

This was overall a great escape room but a normal escape room for the escape game! Not my favorite room but definitely a good time! I recommend checking out all of their rooms!

The room was pretty cool looking. I do feel like this room in particular was a little sensitive. Things had to be done very specific in order for the sensor or reaction to occur. Not my favorite but was still a quality room. I saw some technology I hadn’t seen before. I would rate the room overall a 7 out of 10.

This was our first escape room from this company and we liked it so much that we made every single room in just 2 or 3 days. 🫶🏼

Another banger from The Escape Game! The environment and puzzles were great and immersive. Some of the audio in the video elements were slightly quiet, but it didn't strongly impact our experience. I highly recommend this room!

Did this with our family of 5. With some helpful gamemaster nudges we got through just under the wire. It was a lot of fun. One part didn't seem to work right, but we were able to get through. Just part of the challenge. We were looking forward to this one for a while, and it did not disappoint. Very well made.
