Overall it was a fun game. Seemed short. Not overly challenging. Love that they don’t have the typical locks for everything. Wouldn’t say it’s a must do but it was cute, fun, and a bit silly at times.

This is a fun quirky room, with unique “puzzles” like all of the Bureau rooms. However since they rely so heavily on tech, sometimes things malfunction and we had multiple issues in our game that made it really frustrating to work through. I overall enjoyed the room and what they were going for, but I was really frustrated during it when we kept encountering issues.

The Bureau is always welcoming, though we had a really strange ending in which no one greeted us at the completion or walked us out.

We had two broken features. We got stuck on a “telephone” we were supposed to enter a number into. They kept giving us hints to explain what to do, but we had already tried it multiple times exactly how they described. It eventually fixed itself (or was reset remotely) to allow us to progress. Then in the last room there’s a video game you play and one of the directions did not work so it made it almost impossible to succeed at the game. In the first room we also had difficulty with a remote, though we’re not sure if it was just sensitive causing user error or if it also wasn’t working initially.

This room really felt more like a cooperative game rather than a logic based escape room, but it was still entertaining overall. There were two tasks that I didn't enjoy at all (one that required finding all the buttons in the room, and the one where each player was tasked with one commandeering one specific function of a plane for a game). Otherwise, the room was entertaining enough, but it didn't really scratch the escape room itch. I did like how silly it was overall, and the set design was great.

The few puzzles that were there were pretty easy, but the room really needs 3 or 4 people working together because you'll need to be several places at once multiple times during the room. Regardless, the other rooms we've done at the Bureau have been top notch

While this mission is optimal for 3-5 Operatives, it has been completed by smaller groups with ease. it has also been completed with larger groups with difficulties. Easily the best room at The Bureau if you want a laugh. The acting done on the prerecorded videos is peak silly humor. The first room started slow, but once you get moving several of the puzzles were really fun and creative. Decor was weaker on this one, and the story was weak. My group had to do the last puzzle on the hardest difficulty which explains our time, but we still made it out and saved the day!

I’d probably rate this as one of the more “mid” escape rooms that I’ve done. It was fine, but I think it could fit a younger group better! The puzzles weren’t very hard, maybe a 4/10?
